Out go the sandals, in come the boots! No matter where you are from, no matter what you call it; Autumn/Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year. I can’t wait to walk the beautiful park streets carpeted by the orange and red leaves. Imagine a walk wearing a cute outfit that keeps you warm and truly lets you enjoy the cold and fresh air while the sun beams and sets the most beautiful light! Beautiful, isn’t it?

Well, it’s been a while since I talked to you through my blog and I have been receiving a bunch of questions about picking the right Fall outfit. So I thought of sharing a couple fall outfit tips with you all.

It is time to put away the bikinis and crop tops but wait…don’t give up on those summer dresses yet. Instead get your cardigans, blazers, capes, denim jackets and puffer coats out of your wardrobe. Swap your open-toed heels with closed ones and rock those ankle boots and over-the-knee versions.

The best thing about Fall is that you can utilize your wardrobe end-to-end. Be it summer lace dresses, midi dresses, puffer jackets or heavy overcoats, pumps or boots, you can mix and match the apparels to create a gorgeous fall outfit.

Here is a comfortable and chic fall outfit idea for you -

If you have been shopping recently, you must have noticed all the beautiful chiffon dresses and over coats. I styled my gorgeous flowy full-sleves ‘fall dress’ with an olive cardigan and accessorized with a belt to highlight the waist.

I chose ankle boots to complete my look and totally enjoyed the beautiful weather and the picturesque sky.

You can find a similar dress at ASOS or look up for “fall dresses/fall chiffon dresses” to find a cute dress you like.
You may want to layer your dress as per the weather. Here is a similar olive cardigan from Banana Republic.

This outfit has the perfect fall vibe you want and trust me, a layered dress with boots will keep you warm. You can find them boots at DSW.

If it is not as windy and chilly, feel free to skip the cardigan like I did. The boots will do the magic.

If you’re looking to add color to your fall outfits, then combine the prettiest colors for fall from burgundy sweaters to purple turtlenecks to red woolen hats.

Fall outfit essentials also call for plaids and paisley, staple patterns of cool weather wear. You can also blend leather and lace into a fall outfit, a perfect marriage of hard and soft.

Feel free to swap boots with pumps and cardigan with a suede overcoat. After all, Fall is all about creating a perfect blend of style and colors.

Chiffon dresses and A-line dresses work for all silhouettes so go all out. Layer them, accessorize them and don’t forget to have fun.
